These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of avenagro.kartexa.com (the "Site"), operated by AvenAgro, a Kartexa venture. By accessing the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting the waitlist form or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to join our waitlist or place a future order.

3. The waitlist

AvenAgro is currently in a pre-launch phase. Joining the waitlist:

• Does not constitute a purchase, order, or binding commitment on either side;
• Does not involve any payment being collected at this stage;
• Reserves your interest so we can notify you when delivery becomes available in your area; and
• May be withdrawn by you at any time by contacting us.

Launch timelines, city coverage and founding-member pricing are indicative and may change without prior notice as we scale our farms and delivery network.

4. Product & "chemical-free" claims

AvenAgro grows produce on farms we directly operate, without synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilisers, or artificial ripening agents. While we take these practices seriously across our entire supply chain, agricultural produce is a natural product and can be subject to seasonal, environmental and biological variation. Nothing on this Site should be construed as a medical claim, and produce should be washed and prepared as you would any fresh food.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading, or another person's information without consent; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; (c) use automated tools (bots/scrapers) to submit waitlist entries; or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos and the AvenAgro name and branding — is the property of AvenAgro/Kartexa and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site and waitlist are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvenAgro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, delays in launch, or reliance on information provided prior to our commercial launch.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad / Uttar Pradesh, India.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms as our services develop, particularly once commercial ordering goes live. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
